Fleet Division Hosts Information Summit

Fleet Summit

This month our Fleet Management Division hosted its first Fleet Summit. The summit brought leaders from city agencies together in order to have an open discussion on the current state and future planning of the City’s fleet. The summit opened up a dialogue that allowed agency representatives to discuss where they felt Fleet was excelling and also suggest where adjustments could be made to more effectively meet their  needs. The turnout was excellent with 58 attendees. The discussions were informative and enlightening. Chichi Nyagah-Nash, Deputy Division Chief of Fleet Management, said that the event allowed attendees to learn about the role they play in managing their respective fleets while ensuring that City assets are utilized in a fiscally responsible and safe manner. A special thanks goes out to all the Fleet team members who assisted with the summit. Through continued communication and stellar management, Fleet continues to improve service delivery to all agencies.
