On 6/16/2014 Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake signed City Council Bill 14—0305  Mobile and Other Street Vendors - Licensing and Regulation.  The legislation provided for certain rules and regulations to be developed by the Department of General Services to outline operational details of process, standards, licensing, etc… We are posting these rules and regulations on the Street Vendor program and initiating a public comment period of 30 days.

To provide public comment on these rules and regulations email your comments to Ms. LaTonya Dutton at LaTonya.Dutton@baltimorecity.gov and include “Comments—Street Vendor Rules and Regulations” in the subject of your email.

Please provide any comment and feedback by 12/31/14 11:59pm.   Following the close of the public comment period, the Department  will announce a public hearing for interested parties to review and discuss public comment on the rules and regulations under consideration.
