War Comes Home

The Baltimore War Memorial is hosting a free, temporary exhibit from June 12 through August 13 (the exhibition will not be open on July 4th). This exhibition showcases the challenges U.S. soldiers experience when returning home from war. It provides first-person perspectives from veterans as far back in history as the Civil War and as recent as the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, with first-hand testimony of what it means to return home, i.e., return to the world This is a cannot miss exhibition; it is currently on display in the War Memorial trophy room and may be viewed from 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
