Lynette Svododa - DGS Employee of the Month

Congratulations to the Fleet Division’s Lynette Svododa, Analyst and Programmer, for being named DGS’ December 2018 Employee of the Month! Lynette has been with DGS for three years. She goes above and beyond to meet the customer’s needs, and will take the time to find the answers to questions that arise.

Lynette’s daily tasks include writing and running queries and reports as well as developing projects within Sharepoint, a Microsoft tool used to manage workflows. Lynette is currently working on a paperless leave request system utilizing the Sharepoint tool. Additionally, Lynette created a system for Fleet employees to electronically create service tickets which has since been expanded to include all of DGS.

Lynette is extremely passionate regarding her work. She goes beyond the call of duty, is extremely knowledgeable in her field, and contributes on all levels. She can be relied upon to give her all to every task she is assigned. She has created over 200 custom reports, using the Sequel Servers Reporting Services (SSR’S), for customers and departmental use. She has developed multiple reports that have improved efficiency related to Fleet operations. Lynette is a great asset to the DGS family.
