Terrel Chesson - Facilities Maintenance Division Chief

Terrel Chesson has recently stepped into the role of Chief of Facilities Maintenance. Terrel has been with DGS for five years and has done a lot for Facilities as both a superintendent and as the Deputy Chief. Terrel has focused on improving training opportunities for staff so that they have the tools they need to do their jobs. He was born and raised in North Carolina and received both a BA and an MBA from East Carolina University. Before coming to Baltimore, he was a Project Manager and General Manager for Construction firms in North Carolina. He has since continued his education and is now a certified Facilities Maintenance Professional and is studying to become a certified Project Management Professional.
